TERMS &

Summary: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IRONFORGE Elite Fitness LLC. They govern your membership, use of facilities, participation in programs, and access to our digital products. Sections marked IMPORTANT have material consequences for your legal rights.

Membership & Enrolment

To become an IRONFORGE Member, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or 16–17 with written parental or guardian consent
• Complete an IRONFORGE registration form truthfully and accurately
• Disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications to exercise
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy in full
• Maintain valid payment details on file throughout your membership

Membership Categories

IRONFORGE offers several membership categories, each with different access rights, pricing, and commitment terms. The specific terms of your membership — including duration, cancellation notice periods, and access scope — are detailed in your individual Membership Agreement, which forms part of this document by reference.

IMPORTANT Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials, physical access cards, or program materials with any non-member is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate membership termination without refund.

Program Enrolment

IRONFORGE offers structured programs (including but not limited to Iron Mass, Shred 30, Power Block, Iron Mile, MetCon Elite, and Forge Core). By enrolling in any program, you additionally agree to the following:

Commitment Periods

Each program has a defined commitment period stated at the point of enrolment. You are financially responsible for the full program fee regardless of whether you complete all sessions, unless IRONFORGE terminates the program or you qualify for a refund under our Guarantee Policy.

Attendance

Sessions not attended without prior cancellation (minimum 24 hours in advance) are forfeited. IRONFORGE does not provide make-up sessions for no-shows. Repeated no-shows (three or more in a single program cycle) may result in program termination without refund.

Payments & Billing

Pricing

All prices are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. IRONFORGE reserves the right to adjust pricing with a minimum of 30 days' written notice to existing members. Price adjustments do not apply to pre-paid program enrolments.

Recurring Billing

Monthly memberships are billed on the same calendar date each month (or the nearest business day). You authorise IRONFORGE to charge your payment method on file for all recurring fees, without requiring further authorisation for each billing cycle.

IMPORTANT IRONFORGE does not store full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processors. By providing payment details, you authorise us to instruct those processors on your behalf.

Health, Safety & Liability

Health Disclosure

You represent and warrant that you are in good physical health and have no known medical condition that would prevent safe participation in physical exercise without medical supervision. If you are aware of any condition that may affect your safety, you must disclose it to your coach and, where appropriate, obtain medical clearance prior to commencing any program.

Assumption of Risk

Physical training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to musculoskeletal injury, cardiovascular stress, and accidental equipment contact. By participating in IRONFORGE programs and using IRONFORGE facilities, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

IMPORTANT Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits IRONFORGE's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Conduct & Community Standards

IRONFORGE is a community built on mutual respect, discipline, and shared commitment. As a condition of membership, you agree to:

• Treat all staff, coaches, and fellow members with respect and professionalism
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
• Not use facilities under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances
• Return all equipment to its designated storage position after use
• Respect the personal space and privacy of other members — including not photographing or recording others without explicit consent

Breach of community standards may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent membership termination at IRONFORGE's sole discretion.

Refunds & Guarantee Policy

IRONFORGE offers a 30-Day Iron Guarantee on our flagship programs. To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee, you must:

• Complete all scheduled sessions in weeks 1–4 of the program (100% attendance)
• Follow the assigned nutrition protocol as evidenced by tracking logs
• Submit a refund request in writing within 30 days of the program start date
• Attend a closing assessment session with your assigned coach

Refunds meeting all eligibility criteria will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Free trial classes carry no financial obligation and no refund is applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Your membership will remain active and billing will continue through the 30-day notice period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Membership Freeze

Members may request a membership freeze for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 12 weeks per calendar year, in cases of medical necessity, relocation, or travel. During a freeze period, billing is paused and membership is extended by the equivalent duration.

IMPORTANT IRONFORGE reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately, without notice or refund, in cases of conduct breach, repeated non-payment, or misuse of facilities. In all other cases, a minimum of 14 days' written notice will be provided prior to termination by IRONFORGE.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, within the IRONFORGE app, and in program materials — including training programs, nutritional plans, photography, video, copy, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of IRONFORGE Elite Fitness LLC, protected under US and international copyright law.

Members may access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from any IRONFORGE content without express written permission.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Before commencing formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a minimum of 30 days.

Amendments & Contact

IRONFORGE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice by email to your registered address. Continued use of IRONFORGE facilities or services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
